Adsense Sites Are Dead! Authority Site Will Rule the Day!
"Adsense Sites Are Dead." That was the subject line I received from one internet marketer the other day. Needless to say I was curious and actually read this e-mail out of the hundreds that flood my inbox.
I’ll make this short and get right to the point. John Humphrey recently released a short PDF document called the "Authority Site Guide" where he outlines the decline of the current marketing craze: Article Marketing.
With the deluge of…how do I say…crappy Google Adsense websites flooding the search engines these last few years there is a growing consensus that this type of marketing will also soon bite the bullet. I do feel generic/pre-packaged content sites will become less effective in the near future I do not think unique quality based Adsense content sites will get slapped by the search engines.
The report goes on to state how authority sites will basically dominate the search engines. Hmm…that didn’t really seem like rocket science to me as I immediately thought of the incredible success Wikipedia has enjoyed during their relatively short period of time online.
