Photon Acquires 51 Percent of OBMedia

Photon recently announced it had completed the acquisition of 51 percent of US-based internet affiliate marketing company OBMedia for cash and shares worth $7.5 million USD ($9.6 million).

Photon is a group of specialist marketing services companies. The services delivered by Photon build and leverage customer relationships, develop brands and generate sales. This acquisition of OBMedia will significantly increase their search engine marketing, online media buying and interactive advertising influence within the industry.
